Here are some answers to questions that are asked of us a lot, but alas, we cannot answer every question anyone will ask. If you need more answers before buying from us give us an email, and one of our reps. will give you a reply.
 
Q How does the 'made to order' part work?
A We give you a measuement guide and you give us your measurments. It is that simple. If you order through the mail, you can just print it off with your order and send it in. We suggest keeping a copy for yourself. Click here for more information.

Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A You can send your order in through the mail. Simply print off the order form that we have added to the site and send it in along with your measurements and your biling information. We will call you the day that your order begins processing and confirm that it arrived safely.


Q How long will my order take to process? 'Is there back order'?
A Due to the fact that we are a made to order company, your order can take as little as 1 week and as long as 1 month. We will either email or call you to tell you how long it will be. If you have a need for a product sooner than we have predicted we can get it to you, then you would need to order in the 'rush' department. This means that you tell us when, and for a fee, it is done for you. We restrict rush orders to 5 items.

Q What is your returns policy?
A Since everything that we make is made for you, you can be assured that we will be happy to make changes on your order if we make a mistake.
